So let me now get started and tell you what you will need in order to crochet this amazing Summer Beach Cover Up Pattern.

Summer BEACH COVER UP Pattern instructions
The pattern uses only basic crochet stitches - chains, single crochets and double crochets.

img_3137.jpeg

The BEACH COVER UP is worked top-down and starts with a closed stitch to make a nice border around your shoulders. After a few rows, the stitches become wider using double crochet stitches.

You need to measure the circumference around shoulders and crochet the front part accordingly.
The direction shown are for XS/S size but can be easily converted into bigger size or smaller size.

img_3138.jpeg

The pattern was made with yarn: Flora Cake Mocha yarn, 250g / 900 m, 40% acrylic, 60% cotton.

Flora cake is a soft yarn with unique self-striping ombré effect. It has beautiful shades from one color to the next.

For this XS/S size you will need 1/2 skein of yarn Flora Cake.

1) Before you start take a measurement of height of your body and a body measurement (please see the final measurement of the summer beach cover up below).

4) The beach cover up is worked top-down, working the top border part in continues rounds, then the top of front and back panels in rows. After joining the front and back panels together work in closed rounds.

5) A Ch 3 at beg of the row counts as dc throughout
